Happy New Year!
What is a Miracle?

Miracles are the results of our thoughts coupled with an acceptance of the energies that surround us.  I believe miracles are like seeds.  When planted and watered, they bloom.  Everyone has opportunity for a miracle; but we have to be open to receiving it.  Miracles happen in spirits' time.  That is the truth.  When you set the energy in motion for a creative idea, it will manifest in the time deemed proper for your growth.  If you want a miracle, expect it to happen, the stronger the intent, and the purer the desire, the faster the energy will move.  I have been blessed with miracles many times and have seen lives forever changed by such occurrences.

Always remember ... "Today is the day of Miracles."

Holiday Eating Tips

The Holidays can be a challenge when it comes to maintaining your weight. Here are some quick tips you can do to not over eat this Holiday Season.
Drink a glass of water before enjoying a Holiday meal.
Eat at home first before going to a Holiday event or party.
Set a goal to limit the amount of sweets you eat each day or week.
While visiting friends and family, ask them to take a walk with you.
Watch portion control by not having second helpings.

The New Year offers hope, renewal and a fresh start.  Many of us set New Year's Resolutions with good intention, delighted by the possibilities!  Many resolutions require change in ourselves or our environment, which can sometimes be difficult.  To help you make the changes you desire, below are Quick Tips to Make Your New Year's Resolutions Stick.
Put your resolutions in writing
Immediately write down a plan – This is KEY
Written Resolutions
Actions (steps you can take for each resolution)
Anticipate Successes (how do you know you're "there!")
Create an interactive vision board (Rhythm of Attraction Board)*
Think Year Round and longer (how long do you want this to "stick")
Remain Focused, yet Flexible (embrace the unexpected)
Celebrate Successes, no matter how seemingly "small"
