Sheila Moore

Sheila Moore was born and raised in Chester, England, she has always felt that healing is her life's path and has focused particularly on the mind's power to heal physical and emotional problems. Her lifelong interest in metaphysics grew deeper and in California she studied under the tutelage of Dr. Betty Jane Poage, PhD. During this period Sheila chose auras, or as she prefers to call them, body energy fields, as her specialty. With study and practice Sheila quickly established a talent to see, feel and heal these energy fields.

Some years later Sheila became a stretching, breathing and visualization instructor at the European Health Spa in Hot Springs, Arkansas. After witnessing remarkable successes through visualization practices, Sheila, convinced of the "body, mind and spirit" connection, researched and studied the subject and has created many of her own techniques that she now uses in her life and work.

Sheila increased her studies to include further healing skills such as hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming and energy healing. She is certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy and also is an A.B.H. Certified Past Life Therapist. In 1998 Sheila opened her San Diego office and founded Aura Exploration.

At AURA EXPLORATION Sheila continues to create new healing tools by employing some of the latest bio-energy field technology. Clients can see their full body auras change with each thought or feeling, observe changes in their thought fields as they change their perception of and re-action to a problem. Watch as the measured energy frequencies of their chakras change as they receive and distribute energy.
